Here are some tunes that I've been finding myself listening to on my iPod lately. Click the title to check 'em out on iTunes and purchase if you feel led. What's got your ear lately?
- Worship the Lord by Al Gordon. I met Al Gordon and heard him speak about getting back to the heart of what I as a worship leader was called to. He was such an encouragement to me personally. I went on iTunes, found his music and quickly latched onto this song. Love it.
- Tonight by Rush of Fools. I received this CD on accident. One of those moments of not telling the CD club I didn't want the pick of the month. So glad I didn't tell them. This song is beautiful. A prayer to God.
- Remember by Tim Hughes. Holy cow. This one is overplayed on my iPod right now. Perfect Easter song...look for it over the coming months Gracers.
- All That Matters by Addison Road. Thanks to a good friend, I found out about this great group. Loving this song. Funky, great message...and my oldest loves it too. This girl can belt it out too.
- Say So by Michael Gungor. Guitar riff and fantastic anthemic worship tune. Might have our worship team explore this one. I think our team can nail this one.
- Everything by Tim Hughes. Just love this chorus and driving piano.
- Hope Now by Addison Road. There don't ever seem to be enough female led bands within the Christian music scene. Maybe it's just a perception of mine that isn't correct. Addison Road is currently becoming a regular listen for me. This song is perfect for the Christ follower in a valley.
