Every weekend at Grace Church I have the privilege of being a part of an amazing team of people who LOVE using their skills, their talents and their time in helping people connect to Christ. One of those people is Ericka Pratt.
Every week Ericka takes time away from work and home to come in and prep the lyrics for our Media Presentation Team before the weekend services. I often find her sitting in the AVL booth on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons putting it all together. She's also a part of the team rotation helping provide media on the screens for the people attending services. If you've ever been a part of anything that relies heavily on technology...chances are you've experienced tech failure and had to manage the stress. She does it frequently..and VERY well! Some of the greatest worship leaders are found out of the spotlight and off the stage.
Thank you Ericka for being a HUGE blessing to so many people at Grace Church. It's often the behind the scene people that get no notice unless something goes wrong. If you see Ericka around Grace...be sure to tell her she's SUPER COOL!!!
