What happened here?  My apologies to all 1 or so of you that continually log on to this site to check the attendance at Grace.  As you can see...I'm really quite behind here.  I'll post the attendance if you're truly interested...just drop a comment and let me know if you're actually paying attention.

"You Guys Really Do Make a Difference"

 

I love when folks email stories about how the weekend service team has been used by God to impact people's lives.  Check out the story below from an email I received from a member of Grace.

My brother Frank was up here for a fantasy football draft, and he came to church with my family. He heard Camelia singing Amazing Grace and he was so moved that he finally gave into his wife to go to church. He has been going since then and week before Easter our sister-in-law was saved, the following week-end on Easter my brother Frank was saved. Then just last week-end they both were Baptized, and their daughter Stacy went forward and was saved. 

WANTED TO GIVE A BIG THANKS TO THE WORSHIP TEAM FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK YOU PUT FORTH. ALSO TO LET YOU KNOW YOU GUYS REALLY DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Who's Got My Back?

Quick story about the weekend for all you WST folks.

Sunday after first service, Marie and Addie were talking about Tim's glasses and how someone told them they were dirty.  Rather than just let it go, we decided to run over to him and get them cleaned.  A great way to help Tim is to not just tell him about a flaw, but provide him with the solution.  We walked over to him while he was talking to someone between services, waited beside him, then when he was done talking and before the next person could grab him, quietly told him his glasses needed to be cleaned and handed him a tissue.  Awesome job stage folks! 

This is what we need on our team.  It's comforting for Tim to know that our team has his back each week.  Way to go!
