Thursday I started going back to the gym. I went a mile on the elliptical machine Thursday and 2 miles today. I thought I'd see if I could increase a little every day or so. I can totally tell a difference when I work out before I start my day...there really is something to it.
Lost a pound this week! Woohoo! Here's the damage:
