This week was week two of our series "The Invitation". Leading up to our big Christmas celebration on December 21, Tim brought a message pumping us Gracers up to invite at least 7 people so that if we have at least 1 of the 7 invited come...we'll have about 2,000 folks come to hear the gospel. So Gracers...have you made your invites? I'm still working on mine.
This week the children's ministry brought the kids up for a couple of songs onstage. Lots of kids and lots of family in the worship center this week. With this in mind, we decided to give a little sneek peak at one of the songs we'll be doing for our big Christmas celebration on Dec 21. We played "Christmas Eve Sarajevo" by the Trans-siberrean Orchestra...and the Grace band rocked. These guys worked hard and they did a phenomenal job. Way to go team!
Here's the worship setlist from Sunday. Don't forget, you can purchase the song on iTunes by clicking the titles.
- Glorious One (C) by Fee
- O Come All Ye Faithful (G) by Third Day
- All Creation Sing (Joy to the World) (G) by Fee
- Christmas Eve Sarajevo (Em) by Trans-siberrean Orchestra
- God of Wonders (D) from Third Day and Caedmon's Call
And for your viewing pleasure...a nice little vid from my friend Jason McMahon of the kidlets onstage. Enjoy! Check out more worship leader recaps on Fred's site here.
