New Worship Planning Tool

Hey WST members.  Recently most of you received an email regarding the switch from WorshipPlanning.com to Planning Center Online.  Please note that beginning with the Sunday, January 27 service, Planning Center Online goes into effect.  What does that mean for you?

If you're scheduled on any days before January 27, continue using our current WorshipPlanning.com tool.  Do NOT use the availability feature in the WorshipPlanning,com site any longer.  You will need to begin using the Planning Center Online "block out dates" feature below the calendar on the left hand side of your "Planning Center Page".

As explained in the email, this new tool will allow some features such as MP3 file attachments and additional ministry sharing.  It's a nifty tool plus it has a cleaner look to it.

Christmas Rehearsal

This week leading up to the Big Christmas Day on December 23rd, our rehearsal will be Wednesday from 6:30 - 9 p.m.  This means no Thursday and no Saturday rehearsals.
